Heatbeat - Trash + Heatbeat - Shawarma
Artist: Heatbeat
Track: Trash
Label: Subculture
Warning: these are two standard trance tracks, if not a fan, stop now.
Formed only a couple years ago, Buenos Aires based Heatbeat is bringing back the minimalistic tech-trance sound of the late 90's. Already massive in their home country of Argentina, this duo has been getting plays and remixes from the likes of Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren and Eddie Halliwell. They are consistent openers for acts like Cosmic Gate, Marcus Schulz and the Thrillseekers when they stop in Argentina. Their two songs "Trash" and "Shawarma" (below) are a usual departure from what I usually post on here, but good tracks deserve their credit no matter what genre they are. The B-Side to "Trash", "Shawarma" picks up the pace a bit from mere toe tapping to full blown neck whiplash. Their typical tech-trance sound is amped up even further and this track has been a favorite of Sean Tyas, Simon Paterson and Judge Jules in recent sets.
